    Project Detail

The CPTC West Curb Improvements project for the Ground Transportation Center at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport consists of the relocation of the existing taxi, shuttle, limousine, and off-airport parking access lanes adjacent to the West Economy parking lot, Sky Train Station, and Main Terminal. The design involves the reconfiguration of the roadways, islands, and canopies in the West Curb area necessary to relocate the Ground transportation operation to the west side of the SkyTrain Station. It also includes improving the entry and exit merge lanes on the North and south terminal Parkways, accessing the West curb, and relocation of the southern access to the West Economy Lot. Additionally, it must also accommodate the future hotel and Plane Train tunnel extension.
