SEI provided construction documents and project management for the design of a 22-acre infill property within the City of Marietta. Despite a good location and close proximity to I-75 and other major thoroughfares, this property was considered undevelopable. The property was land-locked, contained FEMA floodplain, extensive stream and zoning buffers, was surrounded by developed land, and was bisected by a Georgia Power transmission line. SEI worked closely with the developer through property acquisition, rezoning, through design and permitting, until the site was developed, and all parcels were sold. Allgood Industrial included grading, drainage, utility, erosion control, stormwater management, access design, road improvements, utility coordination, rezoning, circulation design, and project management.
