Serenbe is a 900 acre sustainable community located in the heart of the Chattahoochee Hill Country, Fulton County, GA. The land planning of Serenbe was developed in accordance with to sustainability principles, 70% preservation goals and also with respect for the cultural history of the land.
The community includes three hamlets, all based on sacred geometry principles with buildings clustered along a serpentine-like omega form fitted to the undulations of the land. The result is a development that forms a close relationship between the community and the surrounding natural beauty of the land. This method of arranging the community requires minimal land grading and land disturbance, and allows the community to reserve large areas of undeveloped green space. A central plaza is located at the center of each hamlet which is surrounded by live/work space ideal for townhomes, storefronts and various forms of commerce. Further out from the village center, you’ll find cottages, enclosed gardens, larger estate homes and finally farmsteads.
