Due to recent progression of COVID-19, Bartow County will be changing the format of the Informal Public Forum to be hosted online. Beginning Monday, April 13, 2020, at www.seengineering.com/tap/0016627/, Bartow County and Southeastern Engineering, Inc. will hold an Online Informal Public Forum concerning GDOT Project P.I. No 0016627, Bartow County.

P.I. No 0016627, in Bartow County, proposes the installation of approximately 5,000 linear feet of curb & gutter and a 5 feet wide concrete sidewalk along Glade Rd & New Hope Church Rd in Bartow County. The proposed work begins along the east side of Glade Road from Camp Drive to the intersection of New Hope Church Road and extends along the south side of New Hope Church Rd and stops at Allatoona Elementary School. The project includes the placement of crosswalks at a number of locations.

The purpose of this Informal Public Forum is to provide the public with an opportunity to view the proposed project, ask questions and provide comments on the proposal.

The Online Public Forum will be conducted between Monday, April 13, 2020 and Friday, April 24, 2020. Links will be provided at the website above which contain the project layout, as well as an informational handout. Located on the website will also be a form for submitting questions or comments. Questions will be responded to within 2 weeks following the end of the Online Forum.

In addition to the online form, written statements will be accepted concerning this project until May 1, 2020. Written statements may be submitted to:
