SEI provided construction layout for nine different sites in and around HJAIA for spill containment site upgrades. Because the sites were scattered around the airport, establishment and verification of control at each individual site was necessary. Construction layout included slope and pad staking for grading, storm sewer layout and curb layout. Asbuilt surveys were performed at each site after construction was complete.
